*Special Note for Yahoo! subscribers*
We are continually looking for ways to help ensure delivery to Yahoo!
inboxes. While "White Listing" our sending address can be very
effective at times, it does not always do the trick.
If you "White Listed" us and you are still not receiving our emails,
the emails are being blocked from Yahoo! on a level outside of our
control.
In this case, as a last resort, the most effective action to take to
ensure you receive our valuable emails is to update your email address
on file with us to a non-Yahoo! email address.
We suggest creating a free email account from AOL or Gmail. After you
have created a new email account please be sure to update your account
online or call our Customer Service department to get help updating
your email address.
When that is complete, please "White List" us with your new account.

If you are using Cox's e-mail and have activated
Spam Blocker, start by checking to see if it is configured to "Delete
Incoming Junk E-mail." If so, stop this by going to "Member Services"
and select the "Label Junk E-mail as Spam" option. Do this by:
- Logging to your Cox Webmail account
- Clicking the "Settings" button on the top
menu bar
- Clicking "Spam Blocker Settings"
- Clicking "Tag Junk Email with –SPAM- in the
subject line and deliver to your inbox"
- Clicking "OK"
With this change, all e-mail will now be
delivered to your inbox instead of being deleted before you see it. The
word "Spam" will be added to the subject line of the e-mail that Cox.net
thinks might be Spam.
You can stop this and allow the sender's e-mail
to always come through by:
Forwarding the message with "spam" in the
subject line to Cox at
ThisIsNotSpam@cox.net

If you are a BellSouth user, MailGuard is your
spam filter. Unless you tell it to do otherwise, it will
automatically delete all e-mail it identifies as spam. To whitelist
a sender, change your MailGuard setting by:
- In your BellSouth mail account, clicking on
"MailGuard Options" in the column on the left.
- Selecting the "Review for 7 days" option,
listed under "ON." This will hold e-mails marked as spam for seven
days. Check this folder to make sure no legitimate e-mail ends up
here.
- If the sender's e-mail ends up in your
Review folder, forward the message (with full headers) to
this_is_good@bellsouth.net to have the sender whitelisted.

-
From your mailbox screen click on the
Address Book tab.
